The old roof
The drone went up before the first shingle came off. Materials in the driveway, crew staged, the old roof photographed from overhead.

Protection first
The materials arrived labeled, and the landscaping went under tarps before tear-off began.

Tear-off
Old shingles came off in sections, straight down to the decking, with the drone recording the whole sequence.

The dry-in
Blue synthetic underlayment sealed the deck the same day, and shingle bundles were loaded along the slopes while it went down.

The finish
The finished roof was photographed by drone the following week.

We came back
Six days after the drone finals, we walked the edges — fascia, drip edge, gutters — and photographed the details most people never look at. That visit is part of the file.

Don't take our word for it.
