What we found
The inspection came first — every slope from the air and up close. The photos made the call.

Tear-off
The old roof came off in sheets, starting at the chimney. The inspection chalk was still on the far slope when the first shingles came down.

What the deck was hiding
Tear-off exposed rotted decking where the roof meets a second-story wall — the kind of thing no overlay ever finds. The bad wood came out before the underlayment went down.

The rebuild
Synthetic underlayment sealed the whole deck, then Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles went up the slopes. The drone kept shooting the whole way.

The finish
The same drone that watched the first shingles come off took the last frames: a finished roof, photographed the day it went on.

Don't take our word for it.
Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles
Spec labels photographed on the pallet in the driveway and on the bundles as they went up the roof.
One-day build, photographed
Drone frames from tear-off to finished roof, all captured December 30, 2025.
Deck repair documented
The rotted decking photographed the moment tear-off exposed it.
