What we found

The storm didn't stop at the shingles. The inspection covered the whole property in one morning — roof, gutters, downspouts, garage door, fence — and photographed all of it before anything was scoped.

Build day

The trailer and equipment were staged before the sun was fully up. Tarps went over the flowerbeds and shrubs before the first shingle came off.

Down to the deck

The drone kept the record: old shingles off, decking exposed and checked, new synthetic underlayment going down behind the tear-off the same day.

The finish

Then the fence

Forty feet of fence had taken the same storm. Posts came out and were reset, a cracked one was replaced, and new Japanese cedar pickets went up over a rot board.

Don't take our word for it.
